Turns out that Dolce & Gabbana is as good at plagiarism as they are at tax evasion. The top two images are details of glasses from their FW’13 range, produced (obviously) under license by the most shitbird monopolizers in the game, Luxottica Group. The beautiful piece pictured at the bottom are my big sister Kerin’s. They’re from her SS’12 range. I know because I watched her painstakingly craft those by hand in her studio. Litigation obviously isn’t a practical course of action for her, but please, especially if you know Kerin and how exhaustively she pours herself into every A-Morir piece, don’t buy the D&G glasses and let people know that this kind of flagrant fuckery is unacceptable.
